• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly or we have made a misstake. You have 3 calendar days to report any problem.
• Buyers pay for return shipping cost, except defective items or when we are at fault.
• 20% restocking fee will apply on all items that have been returned (except defective).
• Do NOT return the item before contacting us. Any return HAS to include a Return Authorization Number provided by us. After you have reported any problem wait for our answer.
• Item must be returned within 3 days after RMA instructions had been provided. After item is received back we will process your refund within 3 working days.
• Please READ the Title and Description CAREFULLY. We sell BRAND NEW, SHELFPULL AND RETURNED items in some cases. We do not accept returns due to Buyer Mistakes.
